L.Y.V.E. is a 501c (3) non-profit peer mentoring and health consulting company based in the South Suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. The company provides peer mentoring and patient-centered classes that empowers and promotes quality care and support for patients and family members affected by Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), Dialysis, and Transplantation.
L.Y.V.E is a grassroot organization created to give voice to the voiceless and bring to light the health disparities and inequities that exist within our minorities and low-income communities.
L.Y.V.E’s mission is to maximize our extensive education and training skills to provide practical real-life learning experiences to the renal community. To bring awareness and empower the lives of renal patients and family members affected by Chronic Kidney Disease.
